So, Scott Surovell would rather spend taxpayer money on a book than what actually matters?
Instead of working on what matters, like balancing the budget, more transportation dollars, Virginia’ coming pension bomb, etc, Mr. Surovell spends taxpayer dollars to cherry-pick statements in Mr Cuccinelli’s book that was just released
